When is the best time to reserve equipment for my party or event?

You should plan on reserving the necessary equipment as early as possible before your event date. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that the items you want will be in stock.  If you are unsure of the exact number of guests, we can always modify the reservation to suit your needs.

How do I make a reservation?

Please call us to make a reservation. On all orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations and can be paid by cash or check.

How do I get a quote for my party or event?

For all events or parties, a general quote can be given over the phone or by email. Once all the details of your order are set we will then give you a qoute. What we quote...you pay! There are no hidden charges or fees associated with our prices.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on a full, single day rental. If you require a longer rental, please call us for more information.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due on delivery prior to set-up.
We accept cash, check or credit card but you may also prepay at anytime!

DELIVERY:

Do you deliver to my city/town?

We deliver to most towns within the greater Chicagoland area. In order to find out if we deliver to your specific town, please give us a call.

What are your delivery fees?

In surrounding areas, there will be a small delivery fee to cover fuel and driving time. This delivery fee is typically between $15-$100 and covers both delivery and pick-up.
*Special fees are added if equipment needs to be loaded into elevators or carried up flights of stairs which should be discussed prior to delivery.

What time will you deliver my items?

For Saturday events, delivery is normally done on the Thursday or Friday prior to the event. For Sunday events, delivery will normally be on Friday or Saturday. Exact times for delivery are typically scheduled on the Wednesday or Thursday prior to your event. We will call you on either Wednesday or Thursday to confirm your order and give you an estimated 1-3 hour delivery time window.

In the event we get delayed by traffic or weather conditions, our delivery personnel will call you to keep you updated on the progress of the trucks and give you an updated  time of delivery.

What if I need a special time for delivery or pick-up?

We will try to accommodate your request for any special delivery or pick-up times whenever possible.  Extra charges apply when a “Same Day Delivery and Pick Up” of rental items is needed. Same day charge 8am-5pm additional $75. After 5pm $125.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

We recommend that you or a representative be present at the time of delivery to ensure that your items are all accounted for and the tent is set-up in the desired location. If you cannot be home we can arrange a system to mark your tent location although payment must still be recieved prior to set-up. 

Does your personnel set up the equipment?

All tents will be properly set-up and secured by our trained personnel.  Lighting and sidewalls will be installed per the customers request. Due to customers different ideas as to how they want their party set up all tables and chairs will be stacked underneath the tent or near the set-up area. If you require our assistance on the set-up of your tables and chairs a small fee will be charged.

PICK-UP:

Is there a fee for equipment pick-up?

No. Delivery fees cover both delivery and pick-up.

Should I do anything with the items before you pick them up?

All items should be available for pick up the next morning. Please have any decorating material cleared from all rented items.  All tables require the use of table clothes which should be removed along with any clips or tape used to hold the table clothes on. Please DO NOT use staples, tacks or nails to secure table clothes.  Please stack the tables and chairs and leave them under the tent. The majority of our tables are made of wood so any rain will damage them.

What happens if items are damaged or lost?

The customer is responsible for all items from time of delivery to time of pick-up. The customer will be charged replacement or repair costs for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. Please ensure that all equipment is accessible at the time of pick up.
